Tanner & Amanda's Groomals

When I was in Utah about a month ago, I had the privilege of taking my dear little brother Tanner and his sweet soon to be, Amanda's, Groomals.  I had the greatest time taking pictures of these two... and may I add they are a Gorgeous couple --- Seriously. Just take a look and you'll understand.  I told them that not one of my pictures will turn out bad because of how good looking they are.
Marriage is beautiful and I know these two will cherish and love each other each day of their lives.
By only being with them a couple hours I could see how much love they have for one another.
The interaction they had was so tender and sweet it filled me with joy to know my brother has chosen an amazing woman.
I am so happy to have Amanda be a apart of the family. She is one of the sweetest girls I've met. The Hansen Family is very happy to call you one of ours.

Side not they were taken at the Salt Flats.

Utah Trip

I am back to the blogging business again. I go in spurts quite a bit of writing frequently than not writing for months.
We were able to go to Utah a couple weeks ago for Dan's brother Spencer's Wedding.  It was a beautiful wedding in Parley's canyon. it was on the mountain and it was breath takingly gorgeous.  We are so happy they are married and we know they will be happy together.
We also had a great time visitng with family and having a minature reunion with my fam. Taking Calvin to temple square for the first time (where everything first started for our fam) Hiking, Ropes course, Cafe Rio (multiple times.... got to get my fix), canoeing, tennis, swimming, and just enjoying each other. We loved every minute we had with the fam. Calvin was a little shy towards everyone for some reason but hopefully next time he'll warm up better.
Calvin learned everyone's name and can say them all. He is a very good parrot, but he does remember when I ask him again. So he's a smart parrot. We will back again in Utah in a few weeks for my brothers wedding. Gotta love weddings-- their great excuses to go home!

notice the little boy crying and then Calvin thinks he should be crying too.

Touching the Temple. He kept wanting to touch it. He would say "touch, temple" Teaching him at a young age that the temple can always touch us.

He loved seeing Jesus. He would point at it and say "Jesus"

We forgot to get the carseat from mom when we came from airport so he rode in the middle perfect spot for him. He loved being a big boy.
